Muck Boots would like your complete satisfaction when it comes to your new boots. If they don’t feel right to you, please return them to us for exchange.  While you will need to pay for the return shipping to Muck Boots, we will ship a different size to you for free.

Please use the contact form to submit a request for a Return Authorization Number.

Please read and follow these instructions carefully.  We will only issue credit/exchange under the following conditions:

 

    • The boots must be unused and in the original packing.  The tags must be returned with the boots.  No refunds or exchanges will be given for boots that are worn, dirty, or not in the original package, accompanied by the tags.
    • Boots must be in a condition suitable for resale.
    • Do not write or place any stickers on The Original Muck Boots box.  Place the entire package (boots and original box) into either the original shipping box or another similar package.
    • Make sure the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the Shipping Box (Remember this is NOT the Original Muck Boots shoe box–DO NOT write anything on the Original Muck Boots box!).
    • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning the boots.  Muck Boots will ship the new pair to you for free.

Muck Boots UPS Ground Shipping Time

    • All orders are normally shipped the following business day after being placed.  Please use the shipping chart above to estimate your order arrival.
    • All products are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted. Expedited options are available during the checkout process if you wish to receive your boots sooner.  Once UPS has scanned your order into their system, we will provide you with the tracking number so you can track your order online.
    • Orders must be addressed to a physical location (sorry, no PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States.  We will ship to Hawaii and Alaska, however, there is a surcharge for shipping.  Please call us to find out the extra charge.
