“What if my boots don’t fit right?”
We realize that buying footwear over the Internet can be difficult since you can’t try them on before you buy. If you’re boots just don’t fit right, don’t worry they are 100% returnable, and as long as you keep the original box, keep the tags, and don’t get the boots dirty, there is never a return or restocking fees.
“How do I return my boots for an exchange?”
If you would like to exchange your boots for a different size, please use the Return Request link in your account. If you don’t have an account, email us with the original order ID and let us know what size you would like in return. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping the boots back to us. Once we receive and inspect the boots, we will send out the new pair usually within 1 business day. If you need the boots sooner, you can order the new size right away, and we will refund your account when we receive the wrong sized pair from you.
“Do I have to pay for shipping on the exchanged pair?”
While you are responsible for paying for the cost of shipping of the boots back to us, we will ship out the new pair for free, no shipping charge.
